AUTOMATIC CHANGEOVER MANIFOLD CONTROL SYSTEM C-SR-2210M-2251M-HTM complies to HTM 02-01, HTM 2022, 150 7396-1 and 150 10524=2 standards.ability to
provide an uninterrupted supply of a specific medical gas from equally sized high pressure cylinder banks.
This unit has been realized according to the ISO 7396-1 Standard and it is suitable to be installed in certified medical gas pipeline systems. The first stage reducer is equipped by a servomotor membrane and a partially self-cleaning ball. shutter, it has been projected and realized according to the ISO 10524-2.
The automatic change-over system is controlled by a pneumatic switch-over device equipped with a visible piston that shows the working side.
The main components of the unit are the following: shut-off valves with metallic seat and shutter; they have successfully withstood the adiabatic compression test as required by the ISO 7396-1; high and low pressure gauges according to EN 837-1; gas specific inlet connections; white powder painted support panel for wall mounting.
The manifold is supplied fully assembled and tested.High capacity manifold designed to ensure a capacity of 150~120 m3/h. There are two separated stages of regulation: First stage and Second stage.
The First stage ensures a regulation from 200 bar to 10-12 bar.. First stage’s regulators are protected from over-pressure by relief valves. There is a pneumatic switch that ensures the changeover from duty bank to stand-by bank.
An electronic warning and alarm system provides to monitoring the manifold operational parameters, and it also gives alarm warnings in case of malfunctioning. The manifold is housed in a zinc-plated steel box.
The manifold is supplied fully assembled and tested.
The control panel is provided-with three-color LEDs indicating the fallowing conditions of manifold Green: Normal status Yellow: Warning condition Red: Emergency Alarm.
